From contacting Trueline for a quote on eaves , downpipes and facia painting Josh was true to his word, prompt with coming and giving us a quote and kept in touch about when he could start. We have a rental house in Bega that hadn't been renovated in 20 years and we needed to do a refurbishment to improve the overall look of the place. First thing was to get the entire Insides repainted plus all exterior timberwork and eaves. We got three quotes done. Two were pretty much the same price but Josh from Truline put forward a more thorough quote that basically covered every aspect of the job. This gave us the confidence that there wouldn't be any hidden surprises on the job and we would in fact budget around the quote. Josh was very prompt and reliable once the job started. He kept me up to date with the progress and did a couple of weekend and public holiday shifts to ensure the job stayed on track. Josh has good communication skills which he used to make sure we understood what he was doing and why. He finished the job on time and on budget (unlike the other parts of the renovation). We are very happy with Josh's work ethic, his skills and the job he did for us.
